  • What if I have never done group fitness before?
    Classes are welcome to all levels. Group fitness classes all for multi level participants to feed off the energy we create as a group. We have all had our first class and we want yours to be a great one! Marvelyn is a firm believer that you should listen to your body and will never be forced into any move you do not want to do.
  • What is the best exercise for low back pain?
    There is no one perfect for everyone. Physical therapy is an individualized approach and a program is made accordingly that will often vary and change throughout therapy. Dr. Tiziani does not believe in a one size fit all approach. Everyone is different and therefore everyone’s program should be different.
  • Will I fit in at The Marvelous Wellness Center?
    Absolutely! The Marvelous Wellness Center is inclusive to all and strives to make everyone feel comfortable so that they are more successful at achieving their goals.
  • I am new to yoga, which yoga class should I try first?
    Yoga is designed to be a well rounded practice so any class can be your first! Here is a little guide to see which one you will enjoy the most to try: Gentle Yoga: slow pace, emphasis on stretching and active range of motion Yoga Sculpt: emphasis on strengthening Flow: Give many variations and progressions to be able to cater to everyone’s needs
